A Mighty-Valiant Life

“The Word of God came to Nathan …
and turned the world upside down.”
1 Chronicles 17.3 | Acts 17.6

The life of a Christian is no measly endeavor. It is epic in scope, unexplainable in the natural realm, and truly the most exciting adventure one can live. Oh, and it will cost everything.  My deepest desire is for the Word (Jesus) to so dwell within and source my life that He is all you can see. And it is in such sourcing that the world will, without a doubt, be turned upside down.

In the rave of being “purposeful” nowadays I have stated it as such:
I exist to know God closely (intimately), completely, correctly, courageously, and contagiously. I house His literal and holy Person in my body, surrendered and abiding fully, allowing Him to vindicate His nature, His attitude, His thoughts, His emotions, His actions, and His dreams through my life to the world.

As such, my life will be one of gallantry, valor, nobility, honor, virtue, truth, purity, righteousness, triumph, victory, gut, grit, gusto, growl, goodness, grace, glory, and grandeur. I will preach with boldness, pray with unction, plead with travail, live with passion, die with purpose; be spilled, spent, and martyred for the King of kings and Lord of lords.
